Andrew Hefner is a junior in high school at The Pingry School in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. An avid sports fan from a young age, Andrew made his debut for Daly Dose of Hoops covering his first college basketball game in 2025 before returning to become the site’s Princeton beat reporter in 2025-26. His focus is on New Jersey mid-major programs and the Ivy League as his coverage continues to expand in the coming years.
Andrew is the lead sports broadcaster for his high school, and also writes for numerous other publications including New York Yankees blog Start Spreading the News, Latino Sports, and Pingry’s current affairs magazine. He also is an avid sports photographer as well as podcast host for his general sports podcast.
